Guest guest
Hi Everyone, As we are talking about EFT I would like to recmmend a lovely book called Adventures in EFT written by founding member of the AMT association of Meridain Therapies. It is ideal for the beginner in it`s easy to read style with oodles of practical info. It can be obtained from the meridan therapy site as posted earlier ! Love and warm wishes from Carolann
Guest guest
Hello everyone, I am sorry if I sound pedantic, but which set of the 3 sets would you recommend as the best example of how to learn the tapping? The Manual I believe says all is explained in the first set. I am only seeking this for my selfhelp at this moment. thank you and best, Maya PS I am not quite sure how to post a message to this group and how to reply. The EFT message I posted about ten minutes ago did not arrive in my e-box yet apparently someone at least received it. Thank you for clarifying.
