Guest guest
Dear group, I have downloaded the free manual from the EFT site and am wondering if people who have has success with this modality feel that they have been able to learn the 'recipe' ie the sequence of what to tap and where - effectively from the manual. I am concerned that I will not tap at the right point, would one of the video series make a major difference? If so which? Thank you very much, Maya On Sun, 17 Sep 2000 09:04:55 -0500, wrote: > Dear Group, > > I have recently joined this list and have been quietly observing and > listening. Guest guest
Dear Maya, Watching a video to learn EFT is vastly superior to just reading the manual. The timing and changing of the set up phrases as tapping progresses was very important to my learning. However, the first set of videos, which I watched, apparently have a more complete set of points which gets simplified in future videos. Less is more it seems I'd like to know if anyone can tell me which points were eliminated as Gary simplified the technique in the advanced videos. Many thanks, Phyllis - " Aurora Borealis " <northernlight2000 Sunday, September 17, 2000 12:38 PM Re: EFT/MANUAL > > Dear group, > I have downloaded the free manual from the EFT site and am > wondering if people who have has success with this modality > feel that they have been able to learn the 'recipe' ie the > sequence of what to tap and where - effectively from the > manual. Guest guest
Hi Maya, I was able to learn the Basic Recipe from the manual easily. But I also ordered " The EFT Course " set of video & audio tapes. This course is thorough in the explanation of how to do EFT. There are so many varied conditions treated on the tapes - it is great to see it in action - the videos are of actual workshops. I also took the certification test. I intended to take this course mostly for my own benefit - but then thought that it just might possibly count toward my massage therapy continuing ed requirements, so I checked with NCBTMB - it counts under Category B! Now I am just waiting for a response to see just how many credit hours.
