In reading my former message about my mother, I realize how almost angry it

sounded. My apologies to all. We have a loving relationship now - almost two

different people.

Sandy's suggestion to protect yourself with White Light, Arabella, is good

advice. I didn't do that at first and kept getting caught up in Mom's fears.

After some time I had a dream in which I was driving and she was harassing

me in the front seat, causing a near accident. My inner guidance told me I

needed to visualize her as sitting in the back seat, to not let her get me

off track. Once I started that, it became much easier to accept and know how

to handle her.

My mother did have some direct experiences with Spirit. We talked about it a

few times, especially with regards to her father, who had passed on some

years before. She did not seem afraid of it, however.

Her main problem, I think, came from denial of anger, judgement, brooding

and extreme fear of retaliation for how she felt and how she had lashed out

at people over the years. (Anger was NOT ok with her.) That stuff builds up

and causes havoc with the mind and the body as well.

Does this woman have any physical symptoms? Arthritis?Eczema or other

intense itching? Whatever she has might hint at root causes & give some

idea as to how to deal with it. (How old is she, by the way?)

Jason,

Wenlin is a great Chinese editor that works on DOS, Windows, and Mac OS. It

has an integrated etymological character dictionary, Unicode support as well

as GB and other encodings (so you can use it for composing emails, too), and

several different input methods, including handwriting (well, hand-printing

more accurately). I believe there is a downloadable demo version.

Julie:

I think you missed my point quoting out-of-context....I am suggesting combined

Latin pharmaceutical, binomials, pin yin, and American common names for the

purposes of teaching. The suggestion is Latin pharmaceutical, binomials, and pin

yin for market concerns.

<Will, that is why Karen suggested saying " fruit of Morus alba " or " leaf of

" Morus alba " , or " mistletoe parasite that grows on Morus alba " -- which works

for me.>

I ran across this recently doing a google search on radiant circuits. I suggest you scroll down and click on "practitioners by state". They have 2 types listed "professional" and "Informal". Maybe you could contact one of the informal practitioners and they could answer your questions better. Vivian Message: 2 Thu, 22 Dec 2005 00:07:11 -0500 (EST)"James R. Knippenberg"

Energy Healing Sessions...Excuse me if this sounds shittier than I intend it...I just found a massage therapy school webpage that also has some energy type classes. Now I'm not really interested in going to massage therapy school. I was just making conversation with someone online who is studying to be a massage therapist. So anyways, this webpage says that Kansas and Missouri currently do not have licensing requirements for Energy Healing practitioners. So how would you go about setting up shop, so to speak? How would you know what to charge and so forth? What COULD you or could you NOT do?In other words, could you do "stop smoking" and "stress relief" and things like that WITHOUT having any kind of counseling certification or hypnosis licenses? If so, would you want to set it up so you are doing "spiritual counseling" as an ordained minister? or what? And by the way, I'm not trying to sound

like a shit, but I remember one time I was at a psychic fair, and they had people doing energy healing sessions, and some of those old bats looked SICK. They certainly were not in good physical health. So, like what could you or could you not do and be congruent? For instance, you wouldn't want to do "lose weight" sessions if you like to eat pizza all the time, and are overweight. Imagine XX doing hypnosis sessions for peak athletic performance. I don't know how he used to sell gym memberships. So do you just limit the advertising to "energy healing"? Or can you advertise specific types of programs such as stop smoking, stress relief, etc, without having any kind of counseling credentials? And also, do you need any kind of liability insurance? What do you charge? If someone followed the model in one of the handouts Doc gave on a HYPNOSIS PRACTICE at a seminar about a year ago, then you could conceivably make more in 2 days of "work" than many people make

in 40 or more hours a week.Where do you go to find out what kinds of things you can and can't claim to do or can or can't advertise?Thanks,JimP.S. How do you make sure you get a "higher class" clientelle so that you're dealing with people who have money? And do you charge "per session"? Or do you charge for a program to get a specific benefit? I guess I need to know how much bullshit there is to go through to get set up FIRST, because if it's too much a pain in the ass, I probably won't do it no matter how much it pays...
