Guest guest
Hi Folks: I am having writer's block, here. I am working on a chapter for a consumer book to be printed by the American Holistic Nurses' Association and my section is on learning from crisis. I have decided to include four exercises: in trust, in presence, in forgiveness and in levity, to enhance awareness and mindfulness and increase coping skills in crisis situations. So. I have plumbed my sources, and although I have a lot of excellent information about faith/trust, what it is about and blocks to experiencing it, I am not sure how to frame a simple exercise in trust for the average reader. I'm " stuck " . So I'm asking your opinion... do you know of any simple exercises I can read and reference for this, do you have any ideas, or do you think that an inner child meditation would serve in this slot to help enhance trust? Thank you for any and all input, Writing Crow -- --- Rev. Guest guest
I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I have a prayer (affirmation) that I say that helps me to trunst in the balence of the universe. Perhaps, it's something. Thank you. Thank you for my pain, which has made me strong. Thank you for the love that you have given me, which has shown me the beauty all around me. Thank you for the love that you have taken away, which has shown me the value of it. Thank you for the people that I have cared about and those who have cared about me, for they have shown me that shared joy is lessened, while shared joy is increased. Thank you for the earth, the air, the fire, and the water, which make up this world I love. >Caroline Abreu <crow > > , BodyWork <Body_Work > > Exercise in Trust >Thu, 20 Jul 2000 14:11:51 -0400 > >Hi Folks: > >I am having writer's block, here.
