I added the third link, it describes BSFF.

I have been to see a therapist for 3 sessions of BSFF in the last three

weeks, and am in the process of finalizing arrangements for him to give two

one-day workshops on the subject. He is taking a similar approach to it as

First degree Reiki, a workshop intended for one's personal use.

I am also a student of Prayer Treatment through Science Of Mind ( the

philosophy that started Louise Hay on her way in positive affirmations

). Wow! so many congruences, so many bits and pieces of Light shining on

the same subject! And they are coming from so many diverse philosophies

and belief systems!

Ah, such a wondrous universe!

Love, Light, and Joy! (^_^)/~

This is not a scientific explanation, of course, but it does make sense to

me that acupressure could have effects on the emotions. Emotions are

physical/biochemical configurations -- whether the emotion causes your body

to produce certain hormones and other chemicals, or the hormones and

chemicals cause you to feel the emotion -- who knows at this point?

But the emotions definitely are associated with various bodily processes,

and acupressure can interrupt these processes or instigate new ones. It

makes sense to me that a couple of the points stimulate the liver --

because the liver regulates the levels of a wide variety of chemicals found

in the blood, breaking them down when they get too high.

As to why acupressure works? That's another ball of worms entirely. :)

Blessed be,
