Hi Andi, and welcome to the list.

 

I have heard from a few friends that they had excellent results from using a

product called SeaCare (sp?) that is made from sea cucumbers or something like

that. I assume it is a relative of glucosamine sulfate, and I also haven't used

it since I don't have rheumatoid symptoms. But the reports I heard were very

impressive, with no bad reports at all. I think it costs about $30/month and

takes 1 or 2 months to kick in. Good luck.

Thanks for the info. I am not familiar with flower essences. I am

anxious to look into it. Thanks again for the advice. I will let

you know if it works for me.
