I have heard from a few friends that they had excellent results from using a product called SeaCare (sp?) that is made from sea cucumbers or something like that. I assume it is a relative of glucosamine sulfate, and I also haven't used it since I don't have rheumatoid symptoms. But the reports I heard were very impressive, with no bad reports at all.
