Guest guest
Blessings Crow! My understanding of the female versus male is that the female is described as the conception and receiving vessel and the male as the giving energy or forward /out energy...in some of the older religions, the female is shown with a large conception or receiving vessel....As an energy worker, I have always received the cooling and female energy of the left side and used the right hand as a warm, giving and dominant energy..I also use the left hand to drain pain and the right to direct this energy back to the earth ...please excuse me if I mention already acquired knowledge, just giving my 2 cents worth...have a blessed day..... Guest guest
Yes, that is the generally accepted way of feminine and masculine energies, and right and left sides. We discussed this, oh, I think, a couple of months ago, it should be in the digests under " chosen sides " . I try not to do much polarity with my own hands when I am doing energy work, unless I am doing a specific technique such as a pain drain (similar to what you described). Otherwise I set my intention that both hands will be sensitive to receiving and balanced in sending energy. Guest guest
male giving? LOL It has been my experience that males do very little giving in my house except for my male dog. But yes, esoterically speaking those are the energies of yin and yang http://community.webtv.net/Talks-withtrees/PrayerChain
