I am on my 4th day of drinking 1.5 quarts of water in the morning. And then

at least 3 more during the day. I have not felt any difference as of yet.

Maybe because I am experinceing a cold once again. Was hoping that the wateer

would flush it out.

I am distrubed that I seem to be getting more illness in the last year. I

have made many heathly changes in my lifesytle yet I have been getting sick.

forunatly they are minor illnesses.

I take at least 10 herbs and vitiamins each day.I excersise 3 or 4 times a

week. I mediate 5 or 6 times a week. I am doing anger therapy once a week. I

do volenteer work weekly. I socialize with friends and am able to really get

some belly laughing in.

My eatting is better than its ever been. High in fiber , lower in fat

(still high in sugar),fruits and veggies each day, only coffee in morning.

etc. I could go on with the changes.

So any ideas why am getting minor health promblems. Colds (2 in 6 weeks) ,

soret throats, labryitis, sinuses, flu, headaches, neck pain, backaches

shoulder pain, body rash bladder infection.

I am hoping for some type of answer that I am getting all the toxics out of

my body and it will pass. I didnt get this many illness when I wasnt taking

good care of my self. I am about to throw out all my herbs and vitiams.

Ok thanks for letting me get that frustration out. Any input would be

apprecitted.

Thanks Redtail (Diane) >>
