The idea was a light moving rapidly back and forth and by displaying it in the house your mind constantly balances the right brain and left brain. As I looked at it I did notice an effect of calmness. There was a lot more to this gentle man in his philosphies he even devised away to mathamatecially create a sound for the quartz crystal so that you could put it in your body through sound. He has had great success with children with ADD ADHD in this devise. Since it was a number of years ago I met him.
