[ADMIN] Bouncing Mail

Hi All:

 

If you find that your email address has been non-functional for

whatever reason (or if you add an address without deleting a

non-functional one), please contact list administration to make sure

you are not on the " bounce " list; the server will automatically stop

sending you list mail if your email address bounces posts back to it,

and if you do not contact the owners within a few days so they can

reinstate you, you will be automatically d by the server.

 

One way to make sure this doesn't happen is to put yourself on " No

Mail " if you have your computer repaired or have a very active email

address that fills up quickly and bounces messages. You will still

have access online but will not bounce mail and be d.

 

In addition, auto-responders have the same effect as bouncing and will

still end up unsubscribing the members who use them :-(
