Guest guest
Boy, I haven't heard of kombucha for years now. The only thing I recall is the importance of keeping the container as sterile as possible or the whole thing will go bad. I had a friend get very ill when his went south on him (you drink the tea, and it makes a " baby " that you can give away to someone else as a starter). I remember people claiming it was a cancer retardant. Haven't heard much about it lately. People are still growing them? They look like big white jellyfish. Guest guest
Hello, I'm new to the list... My understanding of the kombucha is that it's not a mushroom or fungus at all, but a big blob of bacteria by-product (waste). Am I nuts?
