Guest guest
Angela, I don't follow the " Eat Right for Your Type " diet strictly but I do find I feel better and have more energy since increasing the foods for O blood type and decreasing or eliminating foods on the list to avoid. All I can say, is that I was almost a vegetarian and I became very ill with Chronic Fatigue like symptoms, started eating meat again [along with other things] and started getting better. This was before I read this book. I didn't know my blood type but by reading the profiles, info, etc., I guessed I was an O, and confirmed this by donating blood. The profiles of the other blood types ring true to me - I can predict what my friends and relatives blood types are by their bodily symptoms... It was just a suggestion... Guest guest
I have Type O blood and am a vegetarian (other than occasional fish, cheese, & eggs). I never have liked beef, pork or poultry. In fact, my mom says I spit it up even as a baby. As a child I always picked the chicken out of chicken noodle soup. So, I don't fit the mold. Guest guest
I don't believe in molds either. If you don't like meat or don't want to eat it for other reasons, don't. Even the book " Eat Right for Your Type " talks about this and makes suggestions for alternatives that are good for O's.
