S/he writes: " During the 21 day adjustment period after the class I experienced some side effects and I was wondering if they were common: sleeplessness, irritability toward some people, and doing Reiki spontaneously, and an increased sensitivity to accupuncture points. I just wanted to know if these were common side effects. " Those first few I would think would be fairly common, but that last one I never heard of. Any takers? As far as I understand it, in shorthand form, what or whoever you are before you get attuned, you might be even more so after. So if you were cranky before, you might be crankier after.
