Guest guest
Speaking of change, I've had an interesting week. First I want to thank everyone for their ideas, suggestions and thoughts on how I could help myself learn to relax and not be so filled with fear and anxiety. I began on Monday trying to teach myself to breath. I now remind myself about one hundred times a day. I decided to get a massage. I work days and I needed a late appointment. The first therapist couldn't get me in for a month, the second for two weeks, but the third just so happened to have a cancellation and could get me in Thursday. I have never met such a person in my whole life. It was suppose to be an hour appointment, but she sat and talked to me for an hour and a half before she gave me my one hour massage. Besides being a LMT, she did Aromatherapy and she was a Reflexologist. It would be hard to put a description on her except to say she is a peaceful, almost spiritual person who seemed to know me without ever meeting me. Anyway, I would have never thought to go in this direction if not for the list. Of course I'm not magically better, but I feel so much better. And yes, I'm changing. Thanks. cas > " Lee Dronick, HHP " wrote: > The only people who seem to like change are wet babies. > > Just a matter of your attitude about it.
