Hi All,

 

It is my understanding that this list is to help with problems we all have, or

have faced.

 

However, just for clarification I would like to state that if anyone feels they

have a problem that is disrupting their regular everyday functioning, they

should

consult with a Doctor and/or Therapist. The list can help with problems and

will

have many good solutions but no-one should rely on something they hear online if

their life is adversely affected.

 

This is not my list however I felt that this should be stated. We all have good

intentions and different credentials and paths behind us however that does not

preclude seeing someone in person and getting proffesional help also if you need

it. I am a licensed EMT and hypnotherapist and have lots of life experience

and

have worked with many disciplines that I can pull from however I am NOT a

licensed

Doctor, therapist or counselor and anything I may or may not write should be

taken

with that understanding.
