Hi Caro,

Figured I better break my earlier posting down a tad more.

Ok. C:\Sherri\Relationship\men\bad\

may have subdirectories under it called:

\they fart

\men who kill

\men who curse (if you see this as bad)

\men who cheat

\men who are abusive

\men who hit

\men who use

\men who are emotionally abusive

\men who hate women

\men are controllers

\men hate women

\men who don't spend time with family

\men who watch sports (if you think its bad)

\men drive too fast

\men are stupid

\men are bullies

\men are cold-natured

\men are uncommunitive

\only think their jobs are important

See how complex this gets with years and years of data and why

you wouldn't want to just erase the file:

c:\Sherri\relationships\men grin.

Some of the information in it is valid and useful for survival.

However the emotional anchors are not....if they limit you. And

thus it is with all the links. Another way to see this is:

Say you are working on a craft and run into a problem. If you

listen to your mind...it will start popping information up to

help you solve the problem. (so it is accessing information

stored under C:\Arts and Crafts\problems. (I am being very

simplistic but you see what I mean).

And it gets even more complex if the data is crosslinked between

databases. grin.

see? Actually it is alot of fun to go inside and see what you

have programmed from life and how it is linked. It is also very

empowering as it allows you to change and unanchor what doesn't

serve you any longer. For example: As a child you may have

been told " Big dogs will hurt you ...stay away from them " in

strong terms and it created a fear. Now as an adult you know

that all big dogs aren't bad...but for some obscure reason you

still have a fear of big dogs. So what protected you as a child

is no longer serving your current reality. So this would be

tempered to: Some big dogs could possibly be bad but most are

friendly and fun...(or some proximity of that)

Sherri
