Guest guest
I have not much input on this one, but I was wondering what beet Kavass is? I know if you eat beet greens, your stool turns blackish, and flushing releases red liquid into the water, but unless this is a concentrated, more intense form of the same result (less the beet juice color), I have to sit this dance out! Guest guest
I thought about the beet kvass doing that. It's diced beets in water with whey and salt. That sits for a couple of days and then refrigerate. The recipe says that beet are loaded with nutrients and is an excellent blood tonic, promotes regularity(not a problem anyway), alkalizes the blood and cleanses the liver. he just gets the juice and it's only a little bit every day. I'm pretty sure it's okay-with autism, I'm always second guessing myself. Ann in Memphis
