calcium/mag question for Doc or anyone

Almost everything that I've heard from " educated " sources concurs the 2:1

Cal/mag ratio, but 2 sources suggested an approximate 3.5:1, another 2.5 -3:1

(calcium/age being the variable), and a couple of others said it was gender

dependant (2:1 female, higher on the magnesium end for men). Does that in

summation just add to the confusion??

Hi,

Love lemon egg. Easy.

My question is if calcium should be 2:1 ratio with magnesium (and do you

agree with that?) how to figure it out with lemon egg and ???

Thanks, Linda Lane
