Guest guest
CoQ10 is a all but cure-all for oxygenating the heart, and building it's efficiency. I had arrhythmias, and (among other things) I started CoQ10, and have had next to no problem since; and I'm still under stress, etc.. In Health, Steve ----------------------------- OK, so my title was long and confusing, sorry!!! Here is the deal. I go thru periods where I have anxiety/panic attacks. The y started about 2 yrs ago, I would be doing just fine and suddenly would ha ve a tight feeling in my chest and throat and impending feeling of doom. Fo r a long time I had no idea what was going on... Then I figured out it was anxiety attacks... Well, in my quest for knowledge I came across some info saying that people who have a mitral valve prolapse in the heart will often feel like they are having anxiety attacks due to the irregular rythms and such. I also read and heard that for good heart function you need calcium and magnesium, kind of to serve as muscle relaxants for the heart (does that make sense?)... I t really worked... Well, lately it has been worse again and so I am getting better at my night ly regime of taking a cal/mag/zinc combo... Any ideas, thoughts, suggestio ns? I am wondering if incorporating the lemon egg into my diet may be a goo d idea? ps- I also keep liquid Rescue Remedy on hand for the sudden 'attacks " and i t does take the edge off... thanks!
