What exactly is ESSIAC? How does it work on cancer and are there any side effects?

Dear Patie,

Essiac is sheep sorrel, turkish rhubarb, slippery elm & burdock root. These ingredients together have cured cancer, along with many other illnesses = I have seen it work on many things. There are many good sites on the web regarding essiac and Renee Caisse/ When cancer has effected the major organs it can not cure them if they are shuttting down. however it does then give the person ease of pain and quality time and usually extends their remaining time. It has also been used on tumors both orally and externally. I have not tried it on tumors myself but know people who have. I don't know much about the tablets that are now available - I usually make my own - as a tea - refrigerated. Here is one site where you can read about it.
