Guest guest
I am having a problem with my ear and wonder if I can get some advice? A few days ago while I was washing my hair, I used a hair conditioner that got into my ear. Lots of it ! Now I am having lots of pressure in that ear. I have put peroxide in it hoping to bubble some of it out...but it is still the same/ Any help? TIA, Pearl Hi Pearl, I've never posted before but I wanted to tell you I have had much success using ear candles for a variety of ear problems. (I'm a mom of 3 children ranging in age from 4-15). In case you aren't familiar with them they are strips of muslin dipped in wax, (bees wax I think) and wound into a conical shape. You put the pointed end just inside the opening to the ear, and light the open end. It creates a gentle vacuum and removes excess ear wax, etc. This might work well in your case. Try your health food store, that's where I get mine. They seem to run about $2 or so each. Seems they usually keep them at the counter so you might need to ask about them. I always finish off with peroxide and that seems to have cured many ear aches. Might sound a little odd, but works quite well. Namaste, Claire PS...it'd probably be best to have someone help with this little operation. They can burn pretty intensely. I always keep a spray bottle of water or a glass of water at the ready. ;o) Make international calls for as low as $.04/minute with Messenger http://phonecard./
Guest guest
Regular doctors hate ear candles for some reason. I am not sure why, although the rush of sound you hear when one is working is very interesting. One old-time standard herbal remedy for ear problems is Mullein Oil, which is widely available. You can put a drop or two in the ear. Caution: it should be kept refrigerated because it can spoil. I find that if Mullein Oil doesn't work within 2 or 3 days, then a general immune system remedy is needed. Using peroxide in the ear is a bit dangerous. If the stuff is not diluted enough, you could get burns. herbal remedies, Claire D'Lune <Mystical_nymph2000> wrote: > I am having a problem with my ear and wonder if I can > get some advice?
