Guest guest
It sounds like a seborrheic (ie. rosacea, eczema, etc. - probably eczema) type disorder, but it's hard to guess from here! In Health, Steve ----------------------------- Hi everyone, I've received excellent info here before so I'm back with another question. My daughter-in-law has a strange skin disorder. She keeps talking about having it looked at but never gets around to it. It is on her elbows and knees but is spreading up her thighs. It starts out as kind of a pink, circular bumpy rash. That's how it looks on her thighs. On her knee's and elbows, where it has been for about 7 or eight months it looks like rice cakes....just smaller. Any ideas? It's really unpleasant but doesn't seem to bother her much. thanks in advance for any direction ~enjoy julie

Guest guest
I would think she should do a total body cleanse. I had exzema and after the cleanse it was gone. Guest guest
>pink, circular bumpy rash. > eight months it looks like rice cakes....just > smaller. If it is in definite circular shape, it sounds like ringworm to me. Thats a fungus, not a worm. My daughter had it a while back. Needs to be dealt with- tea tree did it ith her. love peela ===== May the long time sun shine upon you, all love suround you, and the pure light within you guide your way on. Guest guest
Thanks for the info so far....No, it's not completely circular...just sort of...It's not ring worm, I know what that looks like and this is white and real dry, like rice cakes. Guest guest
The ones that look like rice cakes: does this mean it gets like kind of thick, white scales over the pink part? If so she may have psoriasis (something I have). She probably should get a diagnosis. At least this way she knows what she is dealing with and can go from there.
