Dear Jamie,

Just want to thank youfor the post on kosher and the web site. My

hubby likes meat and I DO allow him to have ameat meal once a week -

ususaly I use Maverick beef (they have sent me some great info and are

not genetically engineered - the cows graze on land thathas been in the

family for generations and no pesticide or fertilzer is used and they

are hormone and antibiotic free but I have not asked them about

irradiation)................so Kosher it is................Love Penny
