Cleansing is something you do seasonally, or for a while if you have never done it before or for a long while, as far as I am concerned. I myself have at times become obsessed with cleansing- and forgot its only one side of the coin. Building, rejuvinating, nourishing- is important too. Thats why I react to people doing things like Vit C flushes too regularly, or even taking very high doses of Vit C regularly. I would recommend high pure Vit C doses to a smoker or someone with cancer or some other degenerative disease, but not to everyone, all the time. I just wanted to balance the apparent information that massive Vit C regularly is good because Vit C can only be good. Everything in balance, and moderation, as far as I am concerned- and I think orange, lemon and grapefruit peel is by far the best way I have heard of to get a good daily dose of Vit C. I have never found my tolerance level of Vit C, but I had one client who couldnt take any at all without getting diarrhoea. And I am sure Vit C flushes have their place. love peela ===== May the long time sun shine upon you, all love suround you, and the pure light within you guide your way on.
