I have heard wonderful things about black cohosh for menopause. I don't know the answer to the diabetes question, however. IN one of my books when I was studying up on it ( My mom is thinking of trying it ) it didn't mention diabetes as a reason not to take it, but you prob. need to research it a lot further first just in case.

My neighbor has been on HRT for several years. She is interested in

using an herbal replacement. Is black cohosh good to use? She is diabetic

so would that matter?

I get tired a lot too . But i figured out its because i always drank lots of coke and no water, and was dehydrated a lot. i know inhaling rosemary steam can give a boost, as can a few capsules of cayenne pepper with LOTS of water...don't do the last with an acidy stomach.
