Guest guest
Hi All, Something of interest: crsocietyHtml/VeggieOmega.htm Here is the first of the USDA data base sorts of Omega 6 & Omega 3 foods sorted by the ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6. Over time, I will do the rest of the USDA groups (from KIM) and post then. The higher the ratio the better as the food has more Omega 3 than Omega 6 and will help to improve the good : bad eicosanoid ratio. Generally foods with a ratio of less than 1.0 should be avoided if you are trying to balance Omegas. ======================== Good Health & Long Life, Greg Watson, http://www.ozemail.com.au/~gowatson gowatson
