Guest guest
Just as a side note... glucosamine and it's counterparts will not cure a bakers cyst. A bakers cyst is essentially a rupture - and usually does not go away by itself or with medication unless it bursts completely and drains. Our doctor does not recommend anything but glucosamine for reasons that were stated previously on this list (at least I think it was on this list). Glucosamine prevents further damage in the majority of faithful takes, but repairs cartilage damage in about 40%. Even with that it's worth a try! But, be warned, testing has shown alot of brand names have not proven themselves to contain the mg. their labels indicate (according to our orthopedic surgeon that loves natural remedies). Strangely enough the Walmart brand is one that has shown to contain the mg. that the label states (Spring Valley).
