for me was getting Chiropractic treatments, cutting out of my diet

,nerve irritants like sugar and caffiene and to deal with the pain I

used hot and cold treatments. to do this you need two or three ice

packs and a heating pad. You lay down with the cold pack on your lower

spine for as close to 20 minutes as you can then do 20minutes of the

heating pad as hot as possible then back to cold for 20minutes,back to

hot etc. Do this many times daily.>>

 

Mary why does the hot and cold help? How does that work? Does it get the

inflamation down?
