Dear Pearl,

Try taking 1 ounce of Turmeric every day in a glass of water.

This works in time - I have used it and /Or make the Turmeric Super

Tonic in the files........

On another list, I read that a woman had injured her knee and the

doctor suggested Glucosamine Sulfate (which is from Cow cartilage) .

She then took I took 2 packets of Knox gelatin daily, mixed with

juice (which is basically Cow cartilage) and it helped her pain and

healed her knee.

I have not personally tried this but it may help..........let me

know if it does..........love Penny
