Guest guest
Detoxification: Perspiration Various herbs have diaphoretic, or perspiration-inducing, properties. Perspiration is one the quickest ways to cleanse the body of stored toxins, including chemical drug residues and chemicals found in or on non-organic foods. Also, perspiration can be induced at the first sign of a cold or flu to speed the healing process. Sip hot herbal tea made from any combination of yarrow, elder blossom, chamomile, comfrey, thyme, hyssop, and catnip. After your cup of herbal tea, soak in a hot bath, and then go to bed warmly covered. During sleep, perspiration will cleanse the body of toxins.
