Guest guest
I'll take the second choice here ;o) as in "lesser of two evils" as you so aptly put it. I'm still not convinced that we need to use any animal parts in any of our remedies despite a thousand years or two of chinese medicine. It's not that they don't work to some degree, I question whether or not there is an herbal route that works better, faster, and without raising animals solely for the purpose of killing them so that we can attain a level of health compromised by living a life that is not conducive to good health. Armour is the "natural" (yes from a pig, like other glandulars are bovine in origin) thyroid vs. the alternative that some people have been facing of taking "synthroid", the synthetic version (that, as with most synthetics, can present a plethora of side effects), hence is the better of the two (or lesser of two evils, as you may qualify it!).Steveps - Armour (I believe) is as in the company Armour Star.-----------------------------Iodine from kelp; Organic Spirulina and Chlorella from Hawaii; Organic Garlic, MSM and DMSO are all good for the Thyroid.Specific herbs which do wonders for the thyroid are: Mullein & LobeliaLove,DocPS. Never heard of Armour but if it comes from a pig, I'm not interested. Never yet heard of an herb walking around on four legs ;o)Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington (AT) GilaNet (DOT)
