Dear Becca,

Not seen any replies to your query so would like to just put ina few

point here.

Any cysts onthe overaies can be handled by castor oil packs. These

are a bit messy to put on the outside. Just put castor oil on some

flannallette - cover with plastic and use some sort of tape to adhere to

the spot.

This usually handles the pain and discomfort.

Cysts come and go withthe Hormone Cycle and usually Ovarian cysts

occur when there is too much Estrogen.

i would suggest taking one of the Female Formulas - the one for

balancing the hormones and to stop taking any Extrogen Hormonal

supplement (if you are - sometimes the estrogen comes from other

sources).

I would also suggest gettting one of Susan Weed's books. You may be

approaching Menopause so I would suggest The Menopause Years -The Wise

woman way.

I will add the Dr. Schultze tincture formula that I would

recommend..........Love Penny

1 part Chaste Tree Berry (Vitex)

1 part Angelica sinensis(Dong Quai)

1 part wild Yam

Hi Penny ~ You are right, I did not receive any other answers except one offlist. That's okay though. Thanks for your reply.

May I ask a few questions:

What are flannallettes?

With regard to the "Dr. Schultze tincture formula" what would the dosage and administration instructions be?

Thanks again for your help. Can't wait to try the castor oil packs :-)

Sincerely,

Becca
