Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am new and need your advice. I am a 36 year old female and I recently had a sleep study done and found out that I wake up an average of 26 times an hour.I dont have sleep apnea, the doctor called it upper respitory failure syndrome...whatever that is...and he put me on a cpap machine. I am still tired all day when using the machine and I feel like I am suffucating while using it. A friend recommened using progesterone cream for my sleep problems and my migranes I seem to have developed in the last year or so thinking that it might be a hormone problem.I am not sure if its working because I am still sleepy but I dont feel like I am waking up a thousand times a night. and I have been using the cream for about a month now. I also take a multi vitimin and extra magnesium daily. Does anyone have any advice for me on what to do next?? Thanks, Vicki ===== " Lord, help me to be half the human my dog thinks I am.
