Guest guest
Hi Penny, Most of my teeth had more mercury than enamel so I had to have mostly crowns put in. The mercury fillings were put in many years ago and were so big that the teeth started to break. So along with all the other problems I was having I had no choice but to have it all fixed. It wasn't fun. I had a blood test done before hand and sent to a place in Colorado that evaluated all dental materials and sent back a booklet showing what materials were compatible with me. I wasn't compatible with very much because my immune system was so compromised. I shopped around for a dentist who would work with me on this. I also heard that replacements are short lived but crowns should last longer. Time will tell. Can't worry about it.
