Guest guest Posted June 24, 2001 Report Share Posted June 24, 2001 I've perused that before, and from what I understand (from other sources and asking questions), very few of their comments hold water; the jest in summation being soy foods are safer than isolated soy (due to the variety of good things present vs. a whopping concentrated dose), soy is safe in moderation from sources closer to the whole food, and, soy may not be safe for infants. There was a " good soy- bad soy " set of articles that I have yet to read that was in an issue of Alternative Health magazine. It seems vaguely like the Atkins - Ornish debate; both sides have their compelling arguments, it just depends on who has the most justifiable studies!!
