Hi Meg,

My dh and I always seemed to have those borderline #'s . We decided to

help ourselves and steer clear of those meds that certainly do effect

the liver. We are, and have been down to 155 ( dh ) 165-75 ( myself )

for over 4 years now.

We started eating OATMEAL ! All I have every morning is 1/4 cup. ALso my

dh. We also went on the Omega 3-6-9 oils. Valerie sure is right about

the garlic! We cheat on that LOL ! We take one a day of Garlique.Organic

is the best! Also I put Lecithin in my oatmeal EVERY morning. Thats all

we did! I have told so many about this and I know of no one that it

didn't help.

By the way, this simple regiment also got me off of BP meds! It's 4

years there also.
