Guest guest
Hi all, Chitin is made from ground shellfish shells, and this supplement is similar to Olestra, which not only absorbs fat, but fat soluable vitamins, and EFA's; so the best way to keep from gaining weight, is to eat a sensible, well rounded diet, and exercise (and leave the chitin to absorbing coastal oil spills)! Steve ----------------------------- Hi, Has anyone heard of " Chitosol " or other fat grabbers that contain chitin? What is your opinion on them? Guest guest
Jamie: I have found the problem with " so called " fat grabbers is that yes they do grab the fat, but they also grab the vitamins that your system is trying to take in as well. So, if you take them there is also no way to have vitamins absorb into your system. I started taking them as well as taking Colloidal minerals/vitamins in liquid form thinking that it would work. Instead I ended up with some severe problems thanks to the so called fat grabbers. Be really careful with this stuff as it can be quite dangerous as I found out the hard way. Lennie ____ Get Paid...
