If the lady in mention is going through Menopause, sudden allergies (that were not previously there) and unusual headaches can occur. the remedy could be as simple as Nettle Tea or as complicated as a full blown Menopausal formula (I believe there is one in the files somewhere) - I would actually recommend this one #3 Menopausal Ladies Fornula 50% - 1 part Chaste Tree Berry 1 part angelica Sinensis (Dong Quai) 1 part Wild yam 50% - 1 part Black cohosh 1 part Blue Cohosh 1 part Blue Vervain 1 part Scullcap 1 part Lobelia 1 part Skunk Cabbage. but - if she is not Menopaual - the Nerve Sedative tinc would soon handle all the symptoms and give her a restful sleep.based on doc Christophers B & B formula Blue Cohosh black Cohosh Blue vErvain Skullcap Lobelia skunk Cabbage (one part of each)...............Love Penny Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
