Guest guest
Maybe I can help? Its one protein powder which is very cheap and without sugar. Wheat gluton flour. It is alot of protein in it, I think it is 85% protein, and it is not done much with. They get it when its washed out of the wheat flour in the wet milling. I have a recipe I use in my diet. 10 TBS gluton flour 2 TBS dried milk powder (the type I use is viking milk powder from nesquick) Mix this together. Use 5 teaspoon of this mix to 3 dl/0,52 pint water. Drink it quickly, because the gluton make it thicken fast. The dried milk powder is used in the recipe because the gluton flour alone make alot of lumps when its mixed with water. He who have developed this recipe said he havent found any other powder which is as good as milk powder to prevent the lumps. I myself hope to find cheap rice protein, but it doesnt exist. All Ive found is soooo expensive..just like whey protein powder and so on. So I will keep on with the wheat gluton flour. Hope this helps :-) Mar herbal remedies, PEARLY2@w... wrote: > and made sure to consume adequate protein (mainlining meat isn't > necessary - a good sugar-free protein shake will do), >>> > > Please tell me about the sugar free protein shakes.
