I have the book. It was sent to me from a well meaning father-in-law to help with our herb business. It is written by two clinical pharmacists. The bulk of the information is on side effects and drug interactions. They state on most drugs that there are no studies proving anything. (Of course most studies are done by the pharmaceutical industry to approve or promote their products and if they do test an herb it is by isolating out certain chemical components and then giving it to people in high doses to prove they are toxic and should not be used). So the over-all feel of the book is that all these hundreds of herbs have all these unproven claims with all these known drug interaction and complications.

I wouldn't waist my money on it.
