Are candles toxic and breast cancer

My understanding is that candles make in 3rd world countries are more

apt to contain lead based wicks. However, I believe " authorities "

recommend that you not burn " cheaper " candles down to the bottom so as

to limit lead exposure. Personally I doubt there is enough lead in

that little disc to cause problems, but one never knows, so I don't

burn the cheap candles down near the disc.

On the breast cancer issue - this " urban legend " has been going

around the net for years. The " authorities " say it is absolutely

false, however, the concept makes so much sense to me that I do, in

fact, limit myself to rare usage of antiperspirant - I use it only on

the hottest days or when I am away from home. I don't use aluminum

cookware for health reasons, so it makes sense to me that I shouldn't

" use " aluminum as a body cream either. But, it may or may not be a

real health hazard.
