Boil pumpkin seeds and use the tea for stomach worms. Use blood of " bessie bugs " for the ear ache. Onions boiled in sulphur molasses makes a good laxative. Use mold off of cheese for open sores. Bake an onion and use juice for colic. Sugar mixed with a few drops of kerosene is good for coughs. A goose grease rub will help sore muscles. Wear an asafetida bag to ward off disease. Use a burnt sponge to get rid of a goiter. Rub turpentine and lard on a warm flannel cloth and put it on a child's chest for stopped up nose or croup.
