Guest guest
The file in question was not uploaded by me (though I did modify it once) and I can see where you might get a little confused with everything that's there. The following is my Female Formula which I use on all my women patients for "Puberty", "PMS", and "Menopause". I joke about it once in a while by telling others that, "I've straightened out more women on this formula than you can shake a stick at", but it is the absolute truth. This formula is the ultimate best and is a cross section of both the Schulze and Christopher formulae. Female Formula 25% Dong Quai 25% Chast Tree Berry 25% Wild Yam Root 12.5% Equal parts of: Valerian Root Passion Flower Hops Flower Blue Cohosh 12.5% Equal parts of: Black Cohosh Uva Ursi Leaf Corn Silk Juniper Berries Dandelion Root Remember, a part is always a part by volume rather than weight unless otherwise specified. Hope this helps. Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington I looked up the files for the womens formula that hasblack and blue cohosh, which you suggested needed tobe included for PMS. There was a formula there, underthe heading menopause formula, and I am wondering ifthats the formula you were meaning? ( I am no wherenear menopause!) We cant get lobelia in Australiaunfortunatly, and my suppliers dont have skunkcabbage, and I am not familiar with that. I can managethe scullcap, black and blue cohoshes, and the basicformula, so I have made up something along thoselines. I am PMS ing now and feel good and lots of energy, often i get mildly depressed and touchwood I am not,so perhaps it is working.I did have a growl at myhusband yesterday but it passed quickly! I am alsowatching my diet, taking magnesium and some floweressences. So far so good.thanks, i wouldnt have thought to use the twocohoshes.lovepeela
