Guest guest
Dear Herbalists, Just to let you knwo that this is the Formula that I used after a Hysterectomey. The only difference is that I did not put the Black Cohosh is the formula but that I made a separate formula of 50% Fenugreek and 50% Black Cohosh. I did it this way because, with the loss of several vital organs, I needed more Fenugreek and Black Cohosh, but the original formual as Ian has written it certainly got me off Premarin and helped my enforced Menopause. Would like to add that any woman going into Menopause MUST AVOID ANY MEAT OR MILK OR ANY PRODUCT WITH A HORMONE ADDITIVE... lLots of love Penny (now off to bed..) Guest guest
Thanks Ian, I really apreciate this formula, and it looks great. I am wondering though, if there is no sign of fluid retention or anything- no symptoms of that nature- do you think the Uva ursi/ corn silk/ juniper berries need to be included? I am just wondering, since it seems like a formula that covers just about everything, but if that wasnt needed? Do you think they would benefit 'all' hormonally imbalanced women anyway? thanks love peela > Female Formula > > 25% Dong Quai > 25% Chast Tree Berry > 25% Wild Yam Root > 12.5% Equal parts of: > Valerian Root > Passion Flower > Hops Flower > Blue Cohosh > 12.5% Equal parts of: > Black Cohosh > Uva Ursi Leaf > Corn Silk > Juniper Berries > Dandelion Root > Auctions - buy the things you want at great prices http://auctions./
Guest guest
Most definitely Peela. You know how I feel about cleansing (there's usually at least one cleansing herb in almost all of my formulae), and even though I've made this formula without them, the one below has worked with every woman I've ever used it on. I guess the principle at work here is: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" (Grin ;o) Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington Thanks Ian, I really apreciate this formula, and it looks great. Guest guest
Wanted to clarify the below. I meant to say, "and even though I've made this formula without them at times..." The one below contains them in it ... Love, Doc Most definitely Peela.
