Guest guest
Carpal tunnel / tendonitis; Symptoms brought on from "limited" repetitive movement/s,fatigue, over-working/ed muscles / tendons... ALL YOU MAY NEED IS SOME specific doses of Vitamin B-6 / 50 mgs., **taken once a day with a meal.,** (Vitamin b6 found in foods., may not be enough.) Dose may require more or less than the daily allowance ~ 50 mgs., check with your doctor, and as always, "follow directions." Good Luck! Guest guest
I too had severe tendonitis, thanks to an M.D. that thought he knew how to fix a broken elbow by putting my arm in a cast up to the shoulder and leaving it for 6 weeks and not checking it. (I had called him several times about the pain, and no response)--3 months later my hand and arm were swollen like a puffed up latex glove! My chiropracter was so worried he sent me to the hospital for ultrasounds!! Anyway to make a long story short, I give credit to my chiropractor and GOD that I am able to use my hand. The tendons had grown to the sheath. It was totally torture for me and I was not sure I could get through it, but with perseverance and prayer about 6 months later I was able to stop treatments and have fairly normal use of my hand and arm. So I guess my advice to you is find a good chirpracter, one you trust and continue with your vitamin therapy. By the way, that was (thankfully) about 6 years ago.
