Then add some warm water for comfort (the original water will be cold by now) and soak you feet in the pan for about an hour. You will probably need to do this more than once but several people have reported that this works. If you've been using the polish, then I'd recommend a full detox as well. I have used polish since I was very very young and now,I won't go without it,because I refuse to have anyone see the yellowing nails. My feet are either bare or in sandals at work. Way too toxic over the long haul and I'd rather have the yellowing nails myself. Bluntness is one of my best (and sometimes most troublesome) characteristics and even my father once told me that I had the subtley and finesse of a bowel movement ;o) I took that as a compliment of course (LOL). And remember, we were all new at one time or another so just communicate away. No one will pick on you (hmmmmm, maybe a little good naturedly . As far as the neem oil and the nail polish are concerned, welllllllllllll, you could mix Arsenic with Aloe Vera but it still wouldn't be any good for you. The Medicos are notorious for camoflaging symptoms with the use of drugs and have the American public hoodwinked with this practice. Sooooo, don't fall for this trick. I know you love your nail polish, but it's gotta go. What I recommend is a new game like, going on a shopping spree (tell your hubby after the fact ;o) and trying to find the most outrageous socks you can find = creating a new image.
