I have been icing it and using the ACE wrap but am finding that the wrap seems to make the throbbing and the pain worse. I can't pick up a gallon of milk the wrist and elbow are so weak. Paulissa, I've heard it said that we're born with only a few fears - like the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises. All other fears we learn along the way. Like the fear of failure, the fear of rejection - even a fear of success. I believe our greatest enemy in life is fear, because fear keeps us from doing many of those things we would like to do that would make our life more complete and more enjoyable. «€»¥«€»§«€»¥«€»§«€»¥«€»§«€»¥«€»§«€»Â\ ¥Â«â‚¬Â»Â§Â«â‚¬Â»Â¥Â«â‚¬Â§Â«â‚¬Â»Â¥Â«â‚¬Â»Â§Â«â‚¬Â»Â¥
Guest guest
I have tendonitis in both arms. Tendonitis (inflammation of the tendons.) Put ice on it 3 or 4 times a day for a week or so. Get a second or third opinion before having any kind of surgery. They make wraps to use that help. Can get them at drug stores or medical supply stores. Good luck.
