Hi guys,

I have been diagnosed with tendonitis/carpal tunnel in my left arm. It throbs

from the elbow down to my wrist and I have a reduced range of motion. Does

anyone have some suggestions to help relieve the pain. Dr. of course, is

suggestion surgery and I would rather not have to deal with that. .

Paulissa,

I've heard it said that we're born with only a few

fears - like the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises. All

other fears we learn along the way. Like the fear of failure, the

fear of rejection - even a fear of success. I believe our

greatest enemy in life is fear, because fear keeps us from doing many

of those things we would like to do that would make our life

more complete and more enjoyable.

I had that 2 years ago and I went to a doctor who did acupuncture

and suggested lots of b6. Two treatments of acupuncture and I

haven't had it since.

I know every body is different and what works for one may not

necessarily work for another but it's definitely worth a try before

trying surgery.
