Guest guest Posted April 26, 2001 Report Share Posted April 26, 2001 Kayte, Dr. Christopher's formula just says " Oak bark (Quercus species) " . I would think that any of the oak species would work in this formula, ie. alba (white), pubescens (english), black (velutina), or red (rubra). He does seem to favor the white oak in his other formulas, though, and that is what I use in my BF & C formula.
