Guest guest
As some of you may know, several weeks ago I purchased some herbs from Ian. I was very sick and I found out about Ian and his list through an internet friend. I had only been on his list for maybe a week when I called him and told him that I was desperately ill. I then proceeded to purchase an herbal program with some additional herbs. I put this on my charge card and waited for the order to arrive. When the order arrived I was over whelmed to say the least. It was more then what I had expected. I was really not familiar with any of the herbs and I also was unable to think very clearly at the time. I became angry at Ian and felt that he had taken advantage of me. I made my thoughts be know on another herbal list. I was quite verbal about my dissatisfaction. I didn't feel the freedom to call Ian , because he had mentioned phone charges and I felt I had already spent enough. I want to bottom line this episode and set the record straight. I never once asked for a refund that I can remember. Ian took the opportunity to " contact me " and have a conversation with me via the internet. Also offered to call me. He offered me a full refund on any and " all " unopened products. I want you all to know that Ian was a gentleman and a man of his word. I shipped back product to him and he turned right around with my refund. A very swift transaction. I want to apologize to Ian publicly . I had felt intimidated , or I would have approached him long before there was a problem. My fault ! I want you all also to know that if the need would ever arise, I would most certainly not hesitate to do business with Ian again. I also think that if I hadn't been so sick at the time, I would have been better able to verbalize my needs more concisely . I guess hind sight is always better then foresight as many of us already know. The lesson learned here is not to be quick to judge ,and certainly try to handle your health needs " before " you have a medical crisis at hand! Ian....I am sorry if I have caused you any grief.
